Got what I ordered and then some

"Well, I got all the pieces I ordered, thankfully. There were some extra random pieces thrown in that I did not order, and they were not even the same pipe size as the products I ordered. So somebody somewhere is missing those items from THEIR order! I'm pretty sure the package was packed and taped up by a 4 year old. All the pipes and fittings were loosely thrown in a huge box with no packing material whatsoever and 20 tons of packing tape wrapped around the outside. I mean, I know steel pipes aren't going to get damaged, but securing them and all the loose pieces inside the thin cardboard could help them from breaking through, and would help the oversized box keep it's shape. There was no invoice or anything indicating what all should have been in the box. Fedex noted that the original label was unscannable, and they had to print a new one. Anyway, at the end of the day, I received good products at a competitive price, shipped quickly and they sell pieces you can't find at Lowe's etc., so I will order from here again. I just hope they do a better job packing my next order!"
