Pipe Decor Terms and Conditions for User-Generated Content Submissions

By submitting any content (including but not limited to images, videos, text, and reviews) to Pipe Decor through email, mail, any of our applications, or our social media accounts (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Yotpo, Shopper Approved, Covet Gallery, Tolstoy, etc.), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of License

   • By submitting content, you hereby grant Pipe Decor a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in any media now known or hereafter devised.
   • You also grant Pipe Decor the right to use your username, review content, image, first name and last initial, and any other public information you provide for marketing and advertising purposes.

2. Content Ownership and Use

   • You agree that Pipe Decor is not required to seek additional permission or provide notice for the use of the submitted content.

3. Representations and Warranties

   • You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the content you submit and that the use of your content by Pipe Decor does not infringe upon or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights.
   • You represent and warrant that the content you submit does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise unlawful.

4. No Obligation to Use

   • Pipe Decor has no obligation to use any content you submit and may remove or choose not to use any content at its sole discretion.
   • Submission of content does not entitle you to any compensation, royalties, or payment of any kind, nor does it entitle you to any credit or acknowledgement beyond what is stated in these terms and conditions.

5. No Compensation

   • By submitting content, you acknowledge and agree that Pipe Decor will not provide any form of compensation, royalties, or payment for the use of the submitted content.

6. Indemnification

   • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pipe Decor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the use of the submitted content or your violation of these terms and conditions.

7. Modifications to Terms

   • Pipe Decor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued submission of content after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

   • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
