Image Use Policy
This Image Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of images submitted to Pipe Decor ("Company") by individuals or entities ("Users"). By submitting images to Pipe Decor, Users agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Ownership and License: Users represent and warrant that they own the rights to the images submitted or have obtained all necessary permissions from the rightful owner(s) to grant Pipe Decor the rights outlined in this Policy. Users hereby grant Pipe Decor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the images in any format and on any platform for marketing, promotional, advertising, and other related purposes.
2. Usage Rights: Pipe Decor may use the images submitted by Users in various marketing materials, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, email newsletters, advertisements, print materials, and product packaging. Pipe Decor may, but is not obligated to, provide attribution for the images by crediting the creator or source of the image whenever reasonably possible.
3. Release of Liability: Users release Pipe Decor from any liability arising from the use of the images, including but not limited to claims related to copyright infringement, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any legal consequences resulting from the submission of images to Pipe Decor.
4. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Pipe Decor harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, or costs (including attorney fees) resulting from any breach of this Policy or any claims related to the images submitted by Users.
5. Modification and Termination: Pipe Decor reserves the right to modify or terminate this Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Pipe Decor website or submission of images after any modifications to this Policy constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
6. Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pipe Decor is located. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
