1. New B2B Customer

You'll need to submit your company information for approval before you can begin shopping! Once the form has been filled out and sent, then you just need to wait for an email for next steps. Make sure to use an email you want associated with the account to login for the future.

2. Log In To Your B2B Account

Once you get approved, you will receive an email with a login link to sign in using the email you registered with. Now, whenever you login using that email, you will be accessing a B2B version of the store even if it looks the same on the front end!

3. Submit Order

Submit your order like a regular online purchase for review. Once ready, you will receive an invoice to your email to accept payment and begin the shipping process. In the cart you can also enter a purchase order number if needed, for records. Have multiple locations to ship to? You can either submit multiple orders or email us at help@pipe-decor.com for assistance.

4. Complete Purchase

You will receive an email with the invoice or you can also access the draft order in your account to pay when ready. Once the invoice gets sent back, we request full payment for fulfillment. Once payment is received we can begin processing your order.
