"Here is the only complaint I have with Pipe-decor (aside from the casters which they shouldn’t even sell) the measurements should illustrate how long they are when combined with joints and elbows. Our project ended up larger than planned. But quality of the pipes and timeliness and value was great."

"The customer service at pipe decor is among the worst. I have six purchases from them over the past 4 months. They are lazy and refuse to cooperate with customers. Before Christmas they omitted a piece of pipe from one of my orders and instead of express shipping the pipe the next day when I had a contractor here to install it, they sent it regular delivery. This caused me to reschedule the contractor for the following week to complete the job. The result was 1) my closets not complete for an additional five days and 2) the contractor charged me an additional $800 for having to come back an extra day."
